  25. The ingenuousness of Internet users never ceases to amaze me.  Only here
  26. could interstate commerce be equated with a church raffle.

  28. A number of states have specific disclosure requirements for "giveaways"
  29. of this kind, and some restrict or prohibit those for which eligibility
  30. is contingent on buying the offerer's product--does the phrase "void
  31. where prohibited" sound familiar?  I'm pretty sure it's illegal to make
  32. this offer to me, a resident of Maryland, but I don't really know, nor
  33. do I know what penalty, if any, there might be.  The point is, neither
  34. does Jose.
